Очень интересная игра! Сейчас бы такую игру назвали бы сборником или разножанровой игрой. Но в далеком 1983 году это была просто аркадная игра на ZX Spectrum.
В ней вы управляете самым ленивым в мире уборщиком Джонсом. Вместо того, чтобы выполнять свои служебные обязанности по уборке комнат в отеле, ленивый Джонс хочет только одного — играть в видеоигры! Благо в отеле их предостаточно. Игры эти хоть и очень просты — довольно интересны: космические леталки, одноэкранные аркады, в которых нужно выполнять разные задания и так далее. Так как всего в отеле восемнадцать комнат, то и игр — восемнадцать.
Но не все так радужно, как можно было бы себе представить. Работать всё-таки нужно. За Джонсом присматривает управляющий отеля. Столкновение с ним смерти подобно! Также Джонсу нужно избегать катающейся по этажу тележки с моющимися средствами и призраком бывшего управляющего. Все они несут смерть. Правда, количество жизней можно задать в начале игры (от 1 до 9). Для перемещения между этажами, а на каждом этаже всего девять комнат, используется лифт. Прятаться от тележки или управляющего можно в подсобном помещении. Кстати, тележки можно также перепрыгивать.
Задача — поиграть в как можно большее количество игр, в каждой из которых набрать как можно больше очков. Время игры в каждой комнате ограничено. Впрочем, как и количество жизней.

Ensure the tape is rewound. Type LOAD"" and
press ENTER. Then press the play key on the
cassette unit. The Spectrum will then load and
run the program. When the program is loaded the
Spectrum will prompt you to press the STOP key
on the cassette unit.
THE GAME: LAZY JONES is a series of games in
one game where you must become Lazy Jones -
the laziest and most skilled shirker in the
business whose only ambitions are to improve
his games-playing and avoid work at all costs. In
LAZY JONES' hotel there are 18 rooms, most of
which have their own computer game which you,
as Jones, take every opportunity to play instead
of cleaning - occasionally hiding in the broom
cupboard and toilet to avoid being caught by your
irate Manager - or the ghost of the previous
manager - or to avoid running into your cleaning
trolley and having a heart attack at the thought of
work.

LIVES
You can select between one and nine lives. Lazy Jones
loses a life when caught by his Manager, or the ghost of his
previous manager, or by accidentally bumping into his
cleaning trolley and having a heart attack when faced with
the prospect of work!
HINTS
The Hotels 18 rooms are on 3 floors connected by a lift. To
call and enter the lift, position Lazy Jones and press the
Fire button. When the lift arrives, indicate whether you
want him to go up or down.
You will come across various obstacles which you may
jump over by choosing your direction and moving up.
To enter each room, position Lazy Jones and press the Fire
button. You may only enter a games room once, but if you
survive all the games intact, you will be able to visit each
game again, only this time things will be more difficult.
SCORING
Each separate game has its own score which is
automatically added to your total score.
